But you see St. Skit Estate, the development going on there is massive, just located along ibusa, asaba express road. When i first saw St.Skit Estate January 2022, a plot of 50*100 was selling for 850,000. I just choose to ignored it.

Before I knew what is happening that same year by May 2022 50*100 started selling for 1,200,000, that was when I quickly invest 10m to get 8plots . Today am happy a plot is selling for 4,500,000.

A new listing price for this estate is up already, by next month December a plot will be selling for 6m.
